Piccole crostate di frolla morbida alla composta di ciliegie

 
Queste piccole crostate, sono fatte di pasta frolla, resa morbida dal lievito in polvere; sono farcite di genuina composta alle ciliegie e sono l'ideale per una bella merenda!


Si possono confezionare in varie forme e con diverse decorazioni, a proprio gusto: con fiorellini, losanghe, cuoricini.
                                                                     Io le propongo così!


                                                                        per la farcitura
                                                       Composta di Ciliegie Cavazza 1898
 

                                                                       Lavorazione:
                                                                       per la frolla
In una boule, mettere la farina, la farina di riso, il burro freddo, un pizzico di sale e impastare, fino ad avere un composto granuloso. Unirvi lo zucchero, i tuorli, la bustina di vanillina e il lievito setacciato.
                             Impastare rapidamente finché risulti un composto piuttosto compatto.
Formare  una palla e coprirla con pellicola trasparente; quindi metterla a riposare in frigo per una mezz'oretta.
                                                                      per la farcitura
Trascorso questo tempo, togliere la frolla dal frigorifero e stenderla creando uno spessore di circa mezzo centimetro. 
Porre la sfoglia in piccoli stampi per crostatine e spalmarvi la meravigliosa Composta di Ciliegie Cavazza 1898.
            Infine, creare  con un taglia-biscotti, fare delle forme di "fiore" e metterle sulle crostatine.
                                  Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 180°C  per circa 20 minuti.

ENGLISH VERSION
Small pastry tarts with soft cherry compote
 
Ingredients:
For the pastry
500 grams of flour 00
200 grams of brown sugar
4 organic egg yolks
30 g Rice Flour S.Martino
 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract S.Martino
250 grams of oganic butter
1/2 teaspoon baking powder for cakes
1 pinch of salt

for the topping
Compote of Cherries Cavazza 1898
 
Processing:
for the pastry
In a bowl , put the flour, rice flour, cold butter , a pinch of salt and knead until you have a grainy . Add the sugar , egg yolks, a teaspoon of vanilla extract and baking powder sifted .Knead quickly until it is composed of a rather compact .Shape into a ball and cover with plastic wrap ; then put it in the fridge for half an hour
 .for the topping
After this time, remove the pastry from the refrigerator and roll it out by creating a thickness of about half a centimeter.Put the dough into small molds for tartlets and spread the Cherry Compote.
.Finally, create a cookie -cutter , make some forms of " flower" and put them on the tarts .Bake in preheated oven at 180 °C for about 20 minutes.
